IMPORTANT INFO FOR BUNGEE CLASSES
Every client must attend at least ONE Bungee Intro class before attending any other Bungee classes.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Class will begin on time and doors lock at the start of class. We will not accommodate late arrivals. Bring water, be prepared to get sweaty and expect to increase your heartrate! Bungee fitness classes include running, jumping and squatting and is a low-impact, high-intensity exercise class.
What to Wear: We recommend wearing two layers of shorts or leggings until you get used to being in a harness. Dark colors like black leggings will be helpful and we suggest a fitted top since you will be moving upside down at times. Lace up tennis shoes and a good sports bra are highly recommended. We also suggest pulling hair up or to the side to avoid being pulled on by bungee cords.
Restrictions:
Weight 90-300lbs: Our bungee equipment can only support a person that is a minimum of 90 lbs and maximum of 300 lbs. For your safety and liability reasons, first time clients will be weighed at the studio before class starts.
Age 12 and older. 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult who remains on premises during class.
We do NOT recommend bungee fitness or other non-bungee classes if you have had surgery of any kind in the past six months, pregnant, or chronic pain or a medical condition involving the shoulders, wrists, hands, hips or lower back. If you have any of these conditions or think you might be pregnant, please consult with a physician before attempting bungee fitness or any other non-bungee classes.
Where to Start: We recommend starting your bungee fitness journey with a BOGO Bungee Class. This will allow you to come in and experience bungee fitness without the financial commitment of a package or membership.
Waiting List: Each bungee class can hold up to 13 people. If a class is fully booked, join the waiting list and if someone cancels, you will be notified in order of joining the waiting list.
Cancelations: Due to a limited number of stations, clients will have up until 8 hours before the start of a class to cancel without being charged for that class. If a client does not cancel before the 8 hours and/or is a no-show, the client will be charged the normal class fee and/or deducted a session from the class package they purchased.
Monthly/Annual unlimited passes will not be refunded. If a client does not cancel and/or is a no-show, the client will be charged a “Late/No-Show” fee of $10 per missed class. Membership cancellations must be 30 days prior to your next scheduled payment. All cancellations must be done in-store during business hours. Please check the schedule or call ahead for daily schedule and hours.
Private parties will not be refunded if cancelled. You will be able to change the private party to another available date.
Products and Nutrition Coaching Services and will not be refunded.

The Intro class is the place to start and is required before attending any other bungee classes. You will learn safety essentials, proper technique, and the important footwork of bungee fitness. Once you have attended this pre-requisite class and feel confident in the movements, you can move on to other bungee classes. You will be running, jumping and squatting in this class. We recommend two Intro classes before moving on as the intensity starts to climb in future classes. Learn to fly with us!!

This class is all about learning skill sets. Build on the basic footwork and endurance learned in Bungee Intro. You will be repetitively practicing techniques and adding routines to get you ready for more fast-paced classes. The techniques and intensity level increase while learning new and more challenging flies, like headstands and fly springs. Challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible!

Bungee Burn takes the skillsets learned in Bungee Blast and challenges you in one continual cardio push. This class is ALL endurance both in-harness cardio + out-of-harness strength training. Feel the BURN as you skyrocket to a new endurance level!

*Must attend a Bungee Blast or Bungee Burn before attending Accelerate.
You will learn the last of the skillsets, fine-tune your technique and continue to challenge your endurance. Strength training with weights is included at this level for a full-body workout. You will feel your confidence and endurance increase with this fast-paced format and fun music. Soar to new heights!

After gaining confidence from the previous bungee classes, come put all that you have learned into practice. Top Gun is the highest level of bungee class and packed with all the skills to boost cardio, fly higher, and maximize the fun!
